Hi. I'm Ryan.
I'm a guy in Florissant who'd like to meet local business owners. Here's the whole story, so you know who's asking.
I move around a lot.
I won't pretend that adds up to a neat career. It doesn't. But it does mean I know what it's like to be the new guy in town. Which, right now, I am.
I dabbled in sales.
Dabbled is the right word. I'm not a closer, and I'm not going to try to be one on you. I'm guessing you've had enough of those walk through your door.
I got into disaster recovery.
That's the work of putting things back together after something big goes wrong. It isn't glamorous. You show up, figure out what's broken, and fix what you can.
I'm the tech person.
My whole life, I've been the tech person in my circle. The one people call when something won't work. And the one person in my family who owns a business counts on me for it too.
I'll be honest, I like it. I just love technical challenges, and finding ways to help people work through them.
So why you?
So I thought, if I can help them, maybe I can help some other local owners too. Maybe. I don't know yet.
But before I can help anyone, I need to learn how to reach you. That's what this site is. It's me trying to reach you, honestly.
